Michael A. Mott

Michael Mott was born and raised in Florida.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida.  Michael worked full time in a law firm while maintaining a fulltime class schedule both through his undergraduate and while attending Law School at Barry University School of Law.  Michael knew he wanted to be an attorney since he was eight years old.  His goal was to start at the bottom and work his way through school so that he could walk out of the classroom and into the courtroom.  Michael wanted to understand every job and quickly soared through the ranks.  As soon as Michael was sworn in as an attorney, he was promoted to managing partner at his firm.  One year later, in 2008, Michael opened The Mott Law Firm.

Michael is a father of four.  He runs his firm in a way that his wife, Tala and his four children, Alexander, Lilylani, Skyler, and Jocelyn would be proud.  He understands the meaning of hard work.  He does not just take the “easy” cases.  He is dedicated to fighting for every client and understands the gravity of the trust his clients place in him.

The Mott Law firm has not just survived, but has thrived on word of mouth referrals.  This is only made possible by taking care of the clients in front of you.  Because of that, Michael handles each case personally.  He analyzes each individual case and addresses any concerns directly with the client.  He also has excellent support staff that is there for his client’s convenience, not his.  His goal at The Mott Law Firm is not to be his client’s attorney for one case, but to be that client’s attorney for life.
